Tool/software:
Our company has some products that use the following Arm-based microcontrollers: AM2432BSDGHIALVR and AM2431BSDGHIALVR (the difference is dual-core vs single core). I need the BDSL (Boundry Scan Description Language) files for these device. Can someone please provide these or a link to where I can download them? We are in the development stage and urgently need these for our ICT/BS testing.
