As there is a DAC Section in Am2634 with T5, T6 and T13 pins. We are not using the DAC conversion. Can these DAC pins be left unconnected or please suggest a proper termination for this.

Even though you are not using the DAC, you still must connect the required decoupling to the T6, and T13 pins. T5 (DAC_OUT) can be left disconnected.
DAC_VREF0 and DAC_VREF1 are shorted together and have the following decoupling capacitors:
