I hope you are using HALCoGen for driver code generation.

If yes then do the following things:

Go through the Help Topics section in HALCoGen:

Here you can find a blinky example, here they gave step by step procedure for LED blinky example.

And in the end of the section, you can find the code related to the LED blinky as well.

Try it from your end if it doesn't work then we can setup a small live debugging session, so i can easily guide you.
