AM2634-Q1: CCM event signals to ESM not flagged

I've been running some tests on the CCM module of the AM2634 using the SDL code. I'm finding that for all self tests, error forcing and for the polarity inversion tests only the CCM_0_selftest_err event generates an ESM interrupt and/or asserts the ERROR pin. Configuring CCM_0_lockstep_compare_err has no effect and running the tests will not generate an interrupt or assert the ERROR pin for this event.

The TRM states that both error signals should be asserted when there is an error in Active Compare Lockstep mode and both can be tested by error forcing.

Can you confirm that if the self test error signal is disabled, the compare error signal still works on the AM2634? Or am I missing some configuration?
