Hi Team,

Good day.

We are using Am2634 Controller in our design. As it has FSI - Serial interface we are routing it through the back plane for the serial interface with other controller.

For this reason we need a digital isolator for this FSI interface. As the FSI will work on 200Mbps High speed we need the isolator with same speed and with 3IN - 3OUT configuration. while checking through the TI website I am unable to find the isolators with the above requirement.

Please help in this.

    Hello Teja,

    Apologies for the delayed response here. FSI achieves 200Mbps by using DDR on 2 data lines with max 50 MHz clock. This means that the digital isolation IC only needs to support a maximum of 50MHz switching frequency for the clock/data[0:1] signals. When the digital isolation devices mention a maximum throughput value, that is for a single channel, so any device that supports <50Mbps per channel should suffice. Please refer to the ISO7730 data sheet, product information and support | TI.com as a first option.
