AM263P4-Q1：adc open fail when update SDK version

Tool/software:

Hi team,

when we update project's SDK version to v10.00.00.35 from v9.02.00.56, then it will fail at system_init().
We found after enable the ADC internal reference, something for Clock counter went wrong and got stuck.

How did this happen? And how can we correct it?

board : LP-AM263P
CCS : v12.8.0
SDK : 9.02.00.56 -> 10.00.00.35

Hi Ricky,

This bug has been fixed, and this error should be resolved in the next SDK release.

Is it possible to revert to SDK 9.2 for now and shift when this bug is fixed?
