MSPM0L1106: Flash-Based secondary BSL start from 0x0000

Hi Team,

I have the following question about MSPM01106 flash-based secondary BSL start from 0x0000.

1. Can you confirm that MSPM0L1106 does not have the ROM base BSL like MSPM0C series MCU?
And I need to add the "Flash-Based Secondary BSL start from 0x0000", am I correct?

2. From the document, MSPM0 Bootloader (BSL) Implementation (Rev. C) :

It seems that the document didn't tell how to create the second project for application, eg. how to specify the start address for the linker and etc.
Can you help to provide more info about this?

3. Can you tell me how do we write the firmware to MSPM0L1106 on a blank chip and what is the software used on PC?

Hello,

1). MSPM0L1106 has the ROM based BSL.

2). The second project for application is the code which is used in your factual scenarios. If you want to know how to define the start address of the second project, you need modify some data in the cmd file

Such as this example, the start address is 0x2800.

3). About the example code of secondary bsl, you can find it in the SDK. And about the BSL user guide, you can download these two, you can find what you need.
