Hi team,

My customer is evaluating M0G1106. Please help clarify below question. Thank you.

M0G1106 provide two power domain (PD0, PD1). Customer need to meet below criterion.

  • For AC power consumption < 0.3W condition( need to keep Power button and RS232 UART alive.

Please instruct they should use PD0 or PD1 ?

Besides, for each mode (either with PD0 or PD1), how much current (mA) will M0G1106 consume ?

    7.5 Supply Current Characteristics

    MSPM0 run at 32MHz, 3.3V, and with a current consumption 2.6 mA, which is 0.009W.

    There is no need for M0 enter low power mode in this case.

    However, customers also need to test their power conversion efficiency and RS485 communication power consumption, which is not the data we can provide because it involves PCB circuits.

    From my view, this is depending on the above test result.

    But PD0 is used for low power mode such as STANDBY mode current < 5 uA.

    Same answer, we can only give you the core consumption.
