We are trying to use EtherCAT accelerator in launch pad LP-AM263, so in this regards are there any pre-integrated stack or any mcal drivers available?

Can we use RMII interface for connectivity with PHY device instead of MII as suggested in PRU-ICSS, and if no, could you please let us know the issues with using RMII interface for using EtherCAT

PRU-ICSS (which is the HWIP used to implement EtherCAT S Device) does NOT support RMII interface but MII only. RMII is typically not recommended for EtherCAT due to increased latency and jitter.
