MSPM0L1306: Flash driver

The MSMP0 flash controller writes up to 8 bytes (64-bits) per cycle.  It is also possible to write 4-, 2-, 1-bytes but on 8 byte address boundaries.  Our MSPM0 SDK has driverlib examples demonstrating this.

Will there be any impact in write cycles for 4 bytes ?

When you say 'impact'  are referring to stalling the CPU during the write operation? If so, yes.  The MSPM0L1306 has a single FLASH memory block so the CPU cannot be fetching instructions from FLASH during this time.
