By supplying your own ISR, it will override the default.

BSL is bootstrap loader.

BCR is Boot confguration routine.

Check out the TRM.

To be a little more specific: Name your ISR according to one of the names appearing in "Referenced Source/SysConfig/startup_mspm0l1228_ticlang.c". It will look something like "<mumble>_IRQHandler".
