Hi Team,
I found a BALL NUMBER called LB in the data sheet.
Where is BALL NUMBER LB on the package?
Could you help provide it?
Thanks,
Takashi

Hello Sakato-san,
This is discussed in the table that outlined each pin functionality, 5.3.17 OSPI (Shared)
There is the following note associated with OSPI0_CLKLB:
(2) OSPI0_CLKLB is a clock loopback signal used internally for retiming purposes.

Thank you for your reply.
What you want to check
This is not the function of the LB pin, but the physical location of the pin.
I recognize that the BGA pins are A1 to V18, but there is no LB pin among them.
The number of pins of BGA is 324 pins, but if you include the LB pin on the list, it becomes 325 pins.
Where is the LB pin located?
Hello Sakato-san,
LB is not brought out to any external IO, it is an internal connection within the device that is not brought out to a pin on the BGA.
Best Regards,
Ralph Jacobi
