Issue Summary:

  1. MCU Security and Password Protection: We have secured our MCU with a password for enhanced security. This measure is vital for protecting the device and its firmware.
  2. Factory Reset via Jlink: When using Jlink as a programmer, we can successfully perform a factory reset and reflash the program.
  3. Offline Programming Limitation: However, while using offline programming tools(WizPro200WL) , we do not have the option to perform a factory reset. This creates a significant roadblock for us.

Impact:

The inability to perform a factory reset offline while keeping the password intact poses a challenge. If we were to remove the password to facilitate the programming process, it would compromise the security of the MCU, which is not an acceptable solution for our application.
