Hi,
i am using MSPM0L1306 custom board and I want to generate below errors.
1) HARD_FAULT
2) NMI
3) SPURIOUS_INTERRUPT
4) ECC_ERROR
5) FATAL_CLOCK_FAULT
6) NON_PMU_RIM_PARITY_FAULT
Please give information, how to generate above errors for testing?
You can search such items in the TRM to know what can cause those interrupt,
for example hard fault, as you can see below, you can try to read a invalid address that not exist on the chip will trigger those error.
for NMI you can use WWDT0 to generate
FATAL_CLOCK_FAULT
Its shown when it will generate
But how to generate the that scenario ? and there is no reference for Non-PMU trim parity fault..
I think you can try to use LFCLK to source the MCLK and the LFCLK come from LFXT, make the external crystal to fail will trigger the issue for example short the clock signals to GND
