UNIFLASH: v3 Won't run using command line

Part Number: UNIFLASH

Tool/software:

Hello,

I am unable to use the command line for CCS Uniflash v3 on a PC that was just re-imaged. I am able to program when I use the uniflash application, but when I try to run the programming operation using the command line I get the error shown in the image below.

I verified that the syntax of the command line is correct by running the same command on a different PC that has uniflash v3 installed. I was able to program the MCU running the command line script on this second PC. Both PCs are running windows 10. I am not sure what would cause the one PC to have issues running the command line.

  • Hi John,

Please note that UniFlash 3 is very old and has minimal support. I assume you are using this version because you are using a Sitara device. I will bring this thread to the attention of the UniFlash experts. Please note that due to the deprecated support of this version, there may not be an immediate response.

    Thanks

    ki

  • John,

The error message (cannot find the path specified in uniflash_main.js#214) is indicating that there is an issue with the programStatusOutput input you provided. From the command, you are passing c:\\NI_ATE\\builds\\resultsG11657.txt in that parameter. Can you check to make sure that this path/file is accessible?

You can also try removing that part of the command to confirm that the rest of the command is working.

    Thank you,

    Ricky
