AM2632: OTP key writing issues

Part Number: AM2632

Tool/software:

Hi,

1) Documentation of the time sequence of the HSM RT for the OTP keywriter
Is there detailed documentation on the timing of the HSM RT for the OTP Keywriter? There is a .h file in the SDK, but does not provide comprehensive documentation. In customer production, there are occasional issues where writing to OTP fails at one step. At this point, information has already been written, which will result in errors if you try again. They would have expected the OTP data to be fully verified and verified before it was finally burned. Currently, they need to create a separate OTP data CA for almost every step.
It happens very often that the writing of the software revision works and, for example, the writing of the keys does not work. A log file from production is attached. Look for "2024-12-10 16:38:48 [INF] [SERIAL] Starting KeyWriter Bootloader ...". The output from the OTP KW starts. It seems that the 1.7V were interrupted.

2) Are there any hints how to use the VPP 1.7V / HW design guide? They just use the recommended TLV75518PDQNR.

Regards, Holger
