TM4C129ENCPDT: XDS110 with TM4C throwing DFU_ERR_UNKNOWN error while flashing with xdsdfu utility

How did you load the bootloader itself? Through JTAG or through USB?

Through USB following the steps mentioned in this link with xdsdfu utility method.

This is how we did for other three boards as well and it worked fine

You might want to check if this particular board has good soldering since you said the other three boards are working. 

You also said you have JTAG access to the TM4C. Is that right? If that is the case, why don't you load the bootloader using the JTAG?

We have given the hardware interface for ICDI 

And we also have the tag connect required for this.. but the other end of the tag connect is not compatible to be connected in the XDS110 debug probe.

Can you please tell how to flash with this?

Seems like you reference the MSP432E LaunchPad to populate aTC2050-IDC interface instead of a Arm JTAG header. You would need a cable with a ribbon connector like the one shown in https://www.tag-connect.com/product/tc2050-idc-tag-connect-2050-idc. I suppose you already have this. For the other end between the ribbon connector and the XDS110, you would need to create an adapter yourself (I think blue wires should also work) if the two connectors are not compatible with each other.
