I have tried to download it and it is "404“. So Keil engineer doesn't have the version 1.2.1 pack on their side? 

And it seems that this web page can't be found now. You can try to ask Keil engineer for the version 1.2.1 and if they don't have, you can contact TI Customer support center: https://support.ti.com/csm

If they can't resolve this issue, you can try to search the version 1.2.1 on website and wait for our colleague download KEIL and use version 1.3 do some tests.

and ask for them do they have any commons to resolve this issue.

I talked to TI customer Support and they also cannot find the old 1.2.1 pack in their database.

Hi Janz,

I tested some more, and i only get the pdsc sequence failed error when i use Keil 5.29 or older. It works with the newer versions, but not with e.g. Version 5.28, which i have to use, because my license does not work on the newer Versions. I feel like there is something incompatible with the new pdsc file and the old Keil Version. Do you have an idea what the issue could be?
