Dear team,

i am using TMS5700914PGEQQ1 microcontroller in BMS application.

For external CRYSTAL i am calculating power dissipation in which i require Cin &Cout of the capacitors at OSCIN & OSCOUT for calculations. In datasheet the microcontroller inverter capcitance is not mentioned and external CAP 'S i am using 18PF as c1&c2 as suggested in datasheet.

so what is the Cin &Cout of the capacitors at OSCIN & OSCOUT?

"TI strongly encourages each customer to submit samples of the device to the resonator/crystal vendors for validation. The vendors are equipped to determine what load capacitors will best tune their resonator/crystal to the microcontroller device for optimum startup and operation over temperature/voltage extremes."

So, once you get the load capacitor value, using it you can easily calculate the crystal capacitors.
