AM2432: GPIO Firewall Regions

Hi TI Experts,

Customer is working on AM24x SDK9.2.

Seeing from the TRM page 65, we could know that there are totally 8 firewall regions for GPIO0 / GPIO1 instance respectively shown below.

There are 2 questions from customer shown below.

1: How many GPIOs are in each firewall region for GPIO0 & GPIO1 separately?

2: Could customer only enable firewall of GPIO0 / GPIO1 instance in some firewall regions (e.g. region 1, 2, 3, 4) and keep rest of the regions disabled (e.g., region 5, 6, 7, 8)?

    Hi Kevin,

         1  There are 9 banks per instance, two instacne GPIO0  and GPIO1, 16 GPIOs per bank. 

         2  The default setting of GPIO is everyone can rwcd. Customer can change as their requirements.
