Urgent - Wrong Version Received Despite Specific Order Instructions
Following our correspondence below, we placed a new order for the cards (Order Number T05430061).
In the order, I explicitly stated: "Only Version E3 of the item is acceptable; otherwise, the order will be canceled."
Despite this clear instruction, we received Version A instead.
I hereby request an immediate replacement of the received cards with the correct Version E3 cards.
Your prompt response to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
