AM2634: AES-128 not working as per expectations

Hi,
I'm using Am2634-CC eval board, crypto_aes_cbc_128 example code working fine, but if AES configured in empty project and configure the same as in example code, it's get stuck,

as shown in attached loop

please let me know what kind of issue is it,

I'm using in debug mode, I think SBL not required...,

this is issue of MCU configurations

see the attached image, some configurations are mismatch in AES example and empty code,

So please tell me what's the purpose of these settings and how these settings impact MCU's functionality.

After changing the setting AES working fine
