Hey,

I have a customer that ordered a LP-AM243 device.

He says he received the device from A version and not E3 that works with the examples he's working with.

What can be done in this case?

Hi Nathan,

This is the second instance of a wrong EVM version - let me check with the EVM manager to better understand what is going on / what our options are moving forward.

Hi Nathan,

The "A" version is the latest version of the EVM. Can you ask the customer what the issue is with the A version? In looking over the EVM user manual, I didn't see any obvious changes that would affect software compatibility.
