For the 5V-tolerant open drain IO type does not have the output-high PMOS, pullup resistor, or clamping diode .
But it has a pull-down resistor and an NMOS .
I use ODIO as the TXD pin to connect to the peripheral chip,
When the output is high, the NMOS transistor is disconnected, and the switch in the picture should be disconnected.
However, I actually tested the impedance to be around 1.3M Ω .Can you help me analyze the reason?
Is there still a 1M Ω impedance when NMOS is disconnected? Or is there still a 1M Ω impedance when the switch is turned off?
