Hey,

some time ago i found design files for this eval board. But i can't find them anymore, can someone provide a link?
Moreover its not possible to import those design files to altium. I tried to import the .alg file to altium 23 but i get an error:

Does anyone have the same problem? Or can someone provide altium files for this pcb?

It looks like they are missing from the EVM page on ti.com. I will raise this issue with our web content team.

Also i tried to download the Allegro X Free Viewer. But the files you provided are generated with an old allegro version and cant be opened with the latest one:

can you share files which i can open with the latest version of Allegro X Free Viewer (24.1)

Unfortunately, I do not have the means to update the files since they are owned by our third party PCB manufacturer. Can you download an older version of Allegro Free Physical Viewer? I am able to view the files using that program.

Unfortunately i dont find a suspicious side to download version 16.6 of Allegro X Free Viewer.
And as far as i know you need a full licencs to get access to db doctor to update the files to an actual version.....

The issue you are facing is a big reason that we have switched to designing our EVM files in Altium now. Please let me know if there are any specific questions you have on the PCB design, and I can investigate the file and answer it here. Apologies that you cannot open the file.

Thanks for the suggestion, but unfortunately that doesn't help me much. I need the design from time to time because I put the board into operation piece by piece and always look at which points I can measure.

Just to get sure, you switched to Alitum now, but this is an old EMV design so you dont have the design files in Altium?

The AM263P LaunchPad EVM was designed in Altium - have you taken a look at these files?

Correct - in the past, all of the LaunchPad EVMs were designed in Altium, and all Control Card EVMs were designed using Cadence/Allegro. Future AM26x EVMs will all be designed using Altium.
