    Hi Rohidas,
    It will depend on the Time Clock Source, the Timer Peripheral, and the PWM Period Count. The maximum frequency you can reach can be modified in the Clock Tree in SYSCONFIG (keep in mind that ULPCLK's maximum supported frequency is 40MHz.) Normally, the frequency source is 32MHz.
