MSPM0L1106: How to use Jlink to program firmware to MSPM0L1106 chip?

Hi Team,

My target is using Jlink to write the firmware to MSPM0L1306 on LaunchPad directly by using UniFlash.

The Jlink signals are connected to LaunchPad as following :
Jlink SWDIO -> J101 pin 14
Jlink SWCLK -> J101 pin 16
Jlink Reset -> J101 pin 12
Jlink VTref -> 3.3V on EVB
Jlink GND -> GND on EVB

After Uniflash program started the firmware programming, the following error occurred. What will be the problem and how to fix it?

I re-test and it should be good.

The connection looks good too.

Could you test the 3.3V first to see whether it is active.

Hi Yuhao,

I think the 3.3V on EVB is good. Otherwise, Jlink will report target has low voltage error.

Hi Yuhao,

After I changed another Jlink device, the firmware download can be finished. But there are some errors as below. Do you think it is normal and do you know how to resolve them?

After download the firmware, could the device work well?

For the error, which version of Uniflash are you using?

Another approach is to use CCS with Jlink to test.

Hi Yuhao,

1. After download the firmware, the device can work as expected.

2. After downloaded the latest version of UniFlash from TI website, all the errors are gone.
