If I want to use PHY  DP838261 as EtherCat interface and DP83867 as internet interface based on DEMO( "ind_comms_sdk_am243x_09_02_00_15\examples\industrial_comms\ethercat_slave_beckhoff_ssc_demo\am243x-evm"), in additional to configuration PHY on syscfg, is it necessary to implement its initialization and other operations, for example, tiesc_ethphyInit  tiesc_ethphyEnablePowerDown tiesc_ethphyDisablePowerDown...，where can I get the help about this?  is there anything else that needs to be changed? many thanks!

• Yes it is important to implement the initializations for the corresponding PHY used. By default, DP83869 PHY is used.

• Currently we don't have a documentation specific to Industrial Communications Protocol for adding support of custom PHY. The following is the documentation for Adding Support for Custom PHY for Ethernet Protocols: Adding Support for Custom PHY

• Do make sure that if you're porting PHY driver, then MDIO_phyExtRegWrite() and MDIO_phyRegWrite() APIs are used properly. The extended PHY register API is intended to be used for accessing PHY address above 0x20.
• Make sure the PHY supports Enhanced Link support.
• You can refer to the following documentation to get the MDIO PHY address which is to be configured in sysconfig: Enhanced Link Detection Procedure. This documentation is from AM263Px, but it should apply for AM243x as well.
