AM2634: Power On Cycle

Tool/software:

I'm facing issue while booting the code into am2634 and while trying to debug the controller. It is troughing the below error

Error connecting to the target:
(Error -2062 @ 0x0)
Unable to halt device. Reset the device and retry the operation. If error persists, confirm configuration, power-cycle the board, and/or try more reliable JTAG settings (e.g. lower TCLK).
(Emulation package 12.7.0.00105)

The power cycle is good I implemented the circuit as same as am2634 LP, the code downloading after several times of retrying could anyone help me out to resolve the issue

I observed in QSPI,Dev boot & UART boot modes

Do you have a provision to probe on the board and verify that the power supplies, POR and XTAL waveform is as expected?

As per our hardware we have two am2634 controllers in same hardware with different power sources and clock. one of the controllers is working fine but we are facing issue with second controller while debugging. There is issue with QSPI in both the controllers. Could you please provide some power on sequence timings along with this.
