TMS570LS3137: SAFETI-HALCOGEN-CSP Information Request

I submitted a customer support ticket regarding some SAFETI-HALCOGEN-CSP clarifications but was redirected to post here.

I am looking to start certification efforts with the TMS570LS3137 operating with HALcoGen's generated HAL firmware, the F021 Flash API, and SafeTI.

After viewing the information available here and observing the download request form for the SAFETI-HALCOGEN-CSP package, I had several questions I was hoping to get clarification on:
1. To confirm, does the CSP include required IEC 61508 documentation and test evidence for HALcoGen's generated FreeRTOS port? The TAU doesn't look to support FreeRTOS however wanted to get an understanding of the extent of the CSP package coverage.
2. To confirm, does the CSP include documentation and test evidence for the F021 Flash API for the TMS570LS3137?
3. To confirm, does the CSP include documentation and test evidence for SafeTI, or are we required to purchase SAFETI-HERCULES-DIAG-LIB-CSP separately?
4. Confirming that the TAU supports FEE operations on the TMS570LS3137?
5. The TI Software Approval page for the SAFETI-HALCOGEN-CSP package details that a "single project" license costs $12,000 and the "multi-project" license cost is $25,000. To confirm are these prices up to date and in USD? Additionally, what does a single project constitute? Is this related to a single CCS project or a single user? Please provide information regarding the required license for a small development team.
6. Is LDRAunit required to be purchased externally in order to run the TAU / provided tests?
