TMDSEMU110-U: Script must be run

Tool/software:

I am using the TI XDS110 Debug Probe connected to Code Composer Studio 12.5.0 via a USB port.  When I try to Connect Target I get the following error message.

MAIN_Cortex_R5_0_0: GEL Output: ERROR: This is an HSFS device.  Script must be run from R5 or A53, or boot script must be executed.

I updated the Bootloader and the firmware to 3.0.0.26, but I still get the error.
