MSPM0L1228: Cannot enter BSL when CSC is enabled

Hi Gavin,
Can you confirm you are modifying CSC through SYSCONFIG? CSC should be exclusive from how the BSL invoke pin works. There are some instances where when CRC fails, the BSL invoke won't work (see 1.4.1.1 CRC-Backed Configuration Data.) Since CSC is part of BCR, I would recommend looking over this part and seeing if there could be a problem in the CSC or BCR configuration.

Hi Diego,

I'm modifying the BSR/BSL configuration via the TI SysConfig tool. The CRC should be correct because the CSC and user application both launch successfully; it's just that I am no longer able to invoke the BSL via PA18 once the CSC is enabled. If I disable the "Enable CSC Policy" flag in TI SysConfig, the BSL invoke works properly.

The bootloader is enabled. In boot_config.c, I have

.bslPinInvokeEnable = BCR_CFG_BSL_PIN_INVOKE_EN
