TMDSEMU200-U: Debuggers Not working

Hi TI Support Team,

I am experiencing issues with several XDS200(TMDSEMU200-U) debuggers. They are not functioning as expected, and I need assistance to resolve this problem. Here are the details:

  1. Number of Debuggers Affected: 3 - each one gives a different error (please see below):
  2. Error Received: The following errors have been encountered while trying to connect:
    1. E_RPCENV_IO_ERROR(-6): No connection: DTC_IO_Open::dtc_io
    2. IcePick_C_0: Error initializing emulator: (Error -2083 @ 0x0) Unable to communicate with the debug probe.
    3. C28xx_CPU1: Trouble Writing Register PC: (Error -1041 @ 0xC778) The debug probe reported an error. Confirm debug probe configuration and connections, reset the debug probe, and retry the operation. (Emulation package 9.10.0.00080)
      • C28xx_CPU1: Error occurred during flash operation: Target failed to write register PC
  3. Environment: The following error happen when i try to connect to the following Devices: TMS320F280049C_0, TMS320F28379D_0. I'm using CSS 12.2.0
  4. Steps Taken to troubleshoot:  In the same setup, other XDS200 debuggers are working very well, i also tried different CSS versions and serval other configuration but nothing seems to work

Could you please guide me on how to resolve these issues?
