Hi , I am working with ADC to sense temp from external sensor. but as I increase temp it not going above certain level. Mean i am getting raw count till 900 in 10 bit configuration. it not goes above that raw count.

Hi Mehul,
I recommend first installing the latest version of CCS, the SDK, and SYSCONFIG. After that, check if the behavior persists. If so, can you try using a different channel and see if the results are the same? If so, try the other ADC module and check if the results are still the same.

What sensor are you using? More to the point: What does your circuit look like?

If you're using a resistor divider, it can only asymptotically approach Vcc.
