MSPM0G3507: Future fixes of ADC_ERR_06 errata

I am currently investigating the use of the MSPM0G3507 for a new development, with a possibility of using a smaller-memory part such as the MSPM0G1505. The ADCs are a significant part of the investigation, and ADC_ERR_06 will cause a problem. We have a rapidly-changing AC signal to be sampled, and the recommended workarounds all depend on either taking more samples or performing some extra calculations to avoid the impacts of the erroneous codes. Neither of these are suitable options.

Do you foresee a new iteration of the silicon for any of this family of parts that fixes the errata? Is it possible to give any sort of timescale for this, either publicly or privately?

Hi Alan,

This errata is fixed on MSPM0L2228's Rev B. What peripherals were you intending to use from the G1505?

Thanks for the suggestion. The main peripheral of interest is the pair of simultaneous ADCs, with the full rate of the MSPM0G3507. I don't believe the MSPM0L2228 has the same capability, and its maximum clock rate is lower too, I believe (32MHz rather than 80MHz).
