TMS570LC4357: Board initialization failure with ERROR LED

Hello,

Here's the issue with your TMS570LC4357 board:

When power is first applied:

  1. The board doesn't start up properly (cannot initialize)
  2. The red ERROR LED remains constantly illuminated

    The board LED will get illuminate whenever there are any ESM Group-3 errors occurred.

    To find out the type of error that triggered, you can verify the value of ESM status register-3 in debug mode.

    And also make sure you enabled Auto ECC generation option while loading the code,

    If ECC for your code not programmed correctly then this kind of error can occur.
