Hi Team,

How can my customer adapt a MCU+SDK project that they already have and add Motor Control SDK features?

For example, if they want to add encoder pins to an MCU+SDK project, how can this be done?

Motor Control SDK includes MCU+ SDK. So using Motor Control SDK in CCS Project and SysConfig should allow a user to use Motor Control SDK and MCU+ SDK features.

Hi Dhaval,

So if they have an existing project for MCU+SDK, then they would have to move all the sysconfig settings over and any other custom files to a Motor Control SDK project?

Given the number of changes needed to migrate to Motor Control SDK project, we would recommend taking any example from Motor Control SDK as base and starting from there.

Motor Control SDK includes MCU+ SDK in mcu_plus_sdk folder. Using any MCU+ SDK example packaged in Motor Control SDK as starting point is also okay.
