MSPM0G3507: It seems that the MCU is not booting.

Part Number: MSPM0G3507

Tool/software:

"When power is applied to the board with the MSPM0G3507 MCU mounted, the current consumption is only 9mA, which seems too low. I would like to confirm if this is a normal condition.

Additionally, in the case of the LaunchPad, when measuring the Reset Pin with an oscilloscope, the time taken to transition from Low to High is approximately 150µs. However, on the board we designed with the same MCU, the Reset Pin transition time is measured to be over 450µs.

To reduce the delay time, we changed the pull-up resistor from 47kΩ to 1kΩ and removed the capacitor, but the time did not decrease to around 150µs.

Could you help identify the cause of this issue?"

ps. "We suspect that the MCU is not booting properly due to the increased reset time.

Attached is the MCU circuit diagram we designed. We kindly request a review of the schemat ic as well."
