Part Number: TMS570LS1114
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: HALCOGEN

Tool/software:

Hello,

We are reaching end of project, and tool is still not working at our side, and we can't qualify Safety lib, we ask for support to run this tool.

Please, could you provide evidences that works at your side? Computer version, tool version, OS version, etc, so we can replicate it?  or could you qualify at your side and provide the reports?

Thanks for your support

  • Dear support forum,

this issue remains open and we URGENTLY need support to continue with our project.

Do you need any further information from us to answer to this question?

  • Hello,

We have more detail on the issue to run the TI Safety Lib qualification, please could you check it and support to fix it?

We are trying to execute (without success) the SafeTI_Diagnostic_Library for the TMS570LS12x microcontroller using the "Safety Library TAU 1.0.0" from TI which calls your LDRA tool "LDRAunit-TI-Qual_C_CPP_9.4.3". We get an error while trying to build the harness program.
In the attached files we provide all the details:
    1. the execution environment
    2. the configuration set to SafetyLibraryTAU tool
    3. the configuration set to LDRA tool
The generated command line for one of the test cases (GPIO) that calls LDRA is:
    "C:\Program Files (x86)\LDRA\LDRAunit-TI-Qual_C_CPP_9.4.3\LDRAconunit-ti-qual.exe" TMS570LS12x_SafeTI_Library -tcf_mode=overwrite /21q -tcf=C:\ti\Hercules\SafeTI_Diagnostic_Library\2.4.0_LDRA_Less\Test\TMS570LS12x\SafetyLibrary\Tests\GPIO\UnitTest\GIO_UT.tcf -regress -quit

And the outcome of the execution is found in: "02_output\GPIO\UnitTest\Debug\Log.txt" (error in yellow):

In the Log.txt we see that the tool is looking for "Build_command.bat" in a wrong path. We cannot know why is looking here and how to fix it. Can you support us to understand what is wrong?
If you need additional information, please let us know.SafetyLib_Failure_files.zip

  • Dear Support,

do you have any suggestions or feeback?
    Thanks in advance.

    Best Regards
    Edwin

  • Hello, yesterday we just trying to run qualification tools (TI SafetyLib and TI Halcogen) to keep investigating issues commented, and without any specific change, just run them, both tools stopped to work reporting next error below: "Testbed.err was not found" (see images below)...
We reinstalled LDRA and HalcogenQualification tools, but issue remains. Any idea what could be the problem?
