Please recommend a microcontroller (MCU) that meets the following requirements:

1 ，Core：Arm 32 Bit Cortex M0+CPU,Frequency up to 24MHZ

2，64Kbytes of Flash memory,RAM≥4K

3，Two I2C-bus interfaces

4，20 PCS GPIO

5，Packages Smaller than 5*5mm

    Hi Switch,

    According to your requirements, you need 20 GPIO+ 4 IIC IO = 24 IO PIN. Then I recommend QFN32 package which is 5mm*5mm.

    For the current device family,The MSPM0L1306 is best choice, and it is RTM already. MSPM0L1106 will be more cost-effective, while it only contains 1 IIC interface.
