SYSCONFIG: AM64xx clock tree tool

AM64x Clocktree tool is currently available in the latest standalone version of Sysconfig Tool.

• Download the latest version from:  https://www.ti.com/tool/SYSCONFIG
• The Clock Tree Software Product can be added using the "Import Software Product" to the right of the Software Product drop down menu.
• The CTT package can be downloaded as follows:
  • The CTT .zip file is  located in the TI Resource Explorer.
  • From the linked page, you can click on the hamburger menu in the top right, choose "Package Manager", click the "More" arrow next to "AM6x Clock Tree", click the down arrow, and finally click "Download".
  • Once you have downloaded the .zip file, unzip the file in an easy-to-remember location, and use the "Import Software Product" menu in Sysconfig to navigate to the unzipped folder. Then, the AM6x Clock Tree will be available in the drop down menu.

Under device, you will see the different variations of AM64x.  (AM6411, AM6412, AM6421, AM6422, AM6441, AM6442)

AM243x can use the same clocktree as AM64x without the A53 cores.
