Can we re-make the AM261 EVM as the similar with this one? https://www.ti.com/tool/LP-AM263P

My point is:

How come you make a PCB without Built-IN Ethernet port?

If we need to order the External ETH board and adapt it, this will not efficiency, since we need to help the customers for educating how to connect it and make the code fix for External Eth board.

Before the AM261 EVM RTM, can you re-consider to remake it with build-in ETH port at least 2 port? Since you claim AM261 has 2 ETH port.

Who decide the AM261 EVM use the External ETH board?

Hi Rio,

I understand the concern. The adapter board was made to ease out custom phy integration which came from so many customers.

we are providing the software for the adapter phy with the sdk, so no additional software is needed.

We have made the HW requirements clear to customers by implementing virtual bundles for EVMs that do not have on-board PHYs.

Okay, please make the SDK setting up with those 2 phy correctly.

And have a detail document USER guide for customer smoothly use.

I'm not sure what you are requesting here. There are already user guides for both the LP-AM261 and the DP83826-EVM-AM2 PHY board. Please clarify what you are looking for.
