We have used TM4C123GH6PZ in one of our ECUs but while trying the product for ESD qualification 4kV (required is 6kV) contact and 8kV (required is 15kV) - Air discharge, its observed that the system goes into a Hang state and do not recover. The ESD test standard is ISO10605. The behavior repeats even when RI (radiated immunity) tests are conducted
Due care has been taken to provide ESD protected power supply as well as multi-layer PCB designed with proper guidelines given by TI
Pl do let us know how we can overcome this problem. MATTER MOST URGENT!
