TM4C1294NCPDT: Importing CCS V12.3 projects not compiling CCS V20.0

Hello,

Today I installed CCS V20.0 and imported CCS V12.x project. When I try to compile I get the following error

[15]**** Build Finished ****
[16]Buildfile generation error occurred..
[17]This project was created using a version of compiler that is not currently installed - 5.2.6 [Arm].
[18]Build stopp

Could you help us if any configuration to be done.

Hi,

By default, CCS20 does not automatically install any TI Arm compiler. You probably already have the TI Arm compiler installed somewhere since you were using CCS12 before. Follow this video to make CCS20 detect where the TI Arm compiler is located. If you never installed the TI Arm compiler before, you will first install it on your computer. The TI CGT can be downloaded from https://www.ti.com/tool/ARM-CGT.
