Hi team,
is the S25FL128L also a compatible flash device for the AM2634-Q1?
In the flash compability guide only the S25FL128S is listed. If the device is considered as compatible would this need other software configurations compared to the S25FL128S device?

Hi Felix,
Apologies for the delay.
TI have not tested AM263X with this part. But on quick glance to datasheets, the commands subset used in S25FL128L part number looks similar to those in S25FL128S. From SW perspective there will be minor changes in json files in this path:
C:\ti\mcu_plus_sdk_am263x_10_01_00_31\source\sysconfig\board\.meta\flash\flash_am263x.syscfg
and to add the corresponding flash json file in the above flash folder.
