Is the IO link stack running on it free or do we have to get it separately? Also is the source code/image available for it? what is the support for implementation?

When we buy the MSPM0L1306 Dev kit, does the stack come along with it or do we have to get it separately?

TI provide free software resource for Dev kit.

But this is a 3P stack, not provided by TI. User may need to get it separately.
