MSPM0G3507: After toggle window to maximize there is no way to go back to normal view

Tool/software:

This is what I see.  No way to go back to normal view after right click and "toggle maximize".  I can right click and close and restart CCS.  I do see my mouse change from a pointer to a hand+finger when hovering over the top right corner where minimize/maximize normally is but they are not in fact visible.  Clicking there does nothing.  Pretty sure this is a bug?
