MSPM0G3507: CCS bug report, says file not found randomly when file is there

see screenshot. happens when I click the build icon at the point it is launching debugger. if I rerun by clicking build again it finds the file.

often happens when I click the debugger "restart". Also often get cortex_m0.c not found when using 4 breakpoint. Odd because sometimes it finds it and sometimes it does not.

Can you provide a test case? Ideally a simple basic project that can reproduce the issue.
