Dear Expert,

We are currently developing our product using the TMS570 microcontroller and integrating TI MCAL into a third-party BSW tool. However, our EB Tresos license has expired, and I submitted a renewal request in January, as shown in the screenshot below. Unfortunately, I have not yet received a response.

Could the relevant team at TI assist in checking the status of this request?

I checked the TI website again today, and my request is still showing as pending.
Could you kindly help me understand the current progress?
