In my company we are developing a project having M0L1228 microcontroller. I have a question regarding SWD port protection: considering that we want to follow SWD Security Level 1, in which memory register the corresponding password for authenticated-access shall be stored ?

Hi,

The security register locates in NONMAIN region of the MCU. You can change the NONMAIN configuration in Sysconfig->Configuration NVM.

Hi,

PWDDEBUGLOCK in NONMAIN is the password for SWD connection. There is no read/write protection of the password once you have connected to the device. You can refer to TRM chapter 1.5 NONMAIN_G350x_G310x_G150x_G110x Registers for more details.
